City Lights Mirage

Chosen as part of Appalachian State's Art & Design Expo 2024.

This album* is meant to really feel like it could've existed within the 80s. Invoking many of the elements of Japanese city-pop album covers, such as soft gradients and dynamic, bold typography, "City Lights Mirage" gives the illusion of existing within that unique time period.

From an album cover poster to a physical CD jewel case complete with lyric booklet, this project will transport you back in time and immerse you in the nostalgic atmosphere that you were (most likely) never a part of.
