Rhea

This was a sponsored project meant to answer two research questions:
How might we leverage AI to capture and then move beyond the capabilities of a human representative/financial advisor?
and
How might the resulting customer engagement agent/tool appropriately span a customer’s interactions during critical periods of wealth transfer?
The resulting concept my group and I developed is Rhea.
Rhea, an AI companion, assists the client before, during, and after every advisor meeting. It brings clarity to the complex, confidence to the uncertain, and makes sure the user never feels alone in the conversation.
